SHIPPING

• All of our items are shipped via Federal Express.
• Upon your order shipping, you will receive an email including a FedEx tracking number.

LOCAL PICK-UP

• We offer local pick-up at our Mendota Heights location for no charge. 
• To choose local pickup, please enter your billing and shipping address in the checkout screen.  Then, under Shipping Options, click on the Calculate Shipping button.  Local pick-up is one of the options that you can select.
• You can pick up your items at 2300 Pilot Knob Rd, Mendota Heights, MN 55120.  Our Mendota Heights store hours can be found HERE.
  For Local Pick-Up hours, please be sure you are looking at our Mendota Heights location's hours and not those of our Uptown store.

RETURNS

• All items purchased from www.reboot-store.com, unless otherwise noted, come with a 30-day Warranty against defect. Some items carry Reboot's 90 Day "Gold Certified" warranty, which will be noted in the product description.
• If you experience problems with your item (within the terms of your warranty), please let us know and we will be happy to provide support, repair or exchange (depending on the case). Refunds will be issued only if we cannot repair the item, and do not have a replacement in stock.
• Please note that in-store purchases made at our Mendota Heights or Minneapolis stores may be subject to different return policies and warranties. All in-store policies are posted at their respective locations. As always, our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have.
